Julie Logan is a Uk porfessor whose hypothesis is that dyslexics have some of the traits necessary for successfully operating a new company built-in to them.

Or, as Seth Godin porclaims in his book "The Icarus Deception", dyslexics are used to having to pick themselves since most of their mental structures are not valid in the corporate world.
